Licence to practise since: 1996
  • Lawyer
  • Tax consultant
  • Managing Partner

Jochen Eberhard advises small and medium-sized companies, not-for-profit organisations, local government authorities and publicly owned utility companies in the areas of company and tax law. Restructurings, transfers of company ownership, joint ventures and support for infrastructure projects all form particular focuses of his work. At the same time, however, he keeps a close eye on adjacent fields such as local government law, procurement law and European subsidy law.

His dual qualification as a lawyer and tax consultant has enabled him to acquire a high degree of commercial and fiscal understanding.

Mr. Eberhard has been an examiner for the tax consultancy examination since 2008. He is the co-author of “Beck’s Handbook of Business Partnerships” and of a further work on “Mayors and Taxation”. The current “JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms” lists him as one of the most frequently recommended lawyers in the areas of company and public law.
