Carola de Decker specialises in commercial and company law and in licensing rights and trademark law. She advises her clients on corporate transactions and company formation. The drafting of cross-border commercial and licensing agreements is a further key aspect of her work. Carola de Decker spent many years as a lawyer at major auditing companies and has also worked as an in-house counsel at companies. Thanks to this experience, she has gained a considerable understanding of internal processes and is able to provide expert guidance to firms of all sizes. For some considerable time now, she has also taken a particular interest in the field of art and the visual arts. She advises artists, artists’ estates and foundations on all legal matters arising in this area.
