Counselor Dr. Ottmar Martini

Dr. Ottmar Martini provides comprehensive commercial law guidance, especially to SME’s and to not-for-profit organisations. Restructurings, financial recovery measures and transfers of company ownership all form particular focuses of his work. 

He also represents national and international clients both judicially and extrajudicially in the areas of tax law, commercial law and company law. He operates both as a client representative and as an arbitrator in arbitration court proceedings under commercial and company law. Ottmar Martini was a non-permanent member of the Special Panel for Lawyers’ Professional and Disciplinary Litigation at the Federal Court of Justice for ten years. He also chairs the joint licensing committees of the Koblenz and Zweibrücken Law Societies for commercial and company law and for international business law. 

In 2008, Dr. Ottmar Martini was awarded the honorary title of “Counsel” in recognition of his services to the legal profession. The current “JUVE Handbook of Commercial Law Firms” lists him as being “the leading legal partner in company and tax law in the Rhineland Palatinate/Saarland”.
